Apps Catalog BEFORE
Apps Catalog AFTER
Problem:
Adobe's app catalog was the primary surface where Creative Cloud members discovered and purchased apps — and it was failing them. Banner blindness, hidden web and mobile apps, and pricing only available in the browser meant users weren't finding what they needed and Adobe was leaving conversions on the table. The deeper problem: the catalog treated all users identically — the same static grid regardless of plan, existing apps, or membership history.
Approach:
I led UX across four consecutive releases in two phases: rebuilding the foundation so the catalog could function, then defining what it could become — incremental steps toward pricing in context, richer personalization, and a long-term North Star vision. As the sole designer across all four releases, I maintained product continuity through multiple PM transitions, keeping delivery on schedule without clear decision-makers in place.
Outcome:
The first milestone release delivered a 22.2% increase in Buy CTR and a 51% lift in web app referrals, contributing to $20M+ in projected annual revenue. Pricing integration and editorial-style category pages are currently in testing for 2026, building on the same foundation.

Search | Discoverability | AI | Systems Design
Problem:
Adobe's in-app search was a dead-end. Users who got stuck in Photoshop had nowhere productive to go inside the application — so they left. To YouTube, to Google, to simpler apps. For a product that had grown in complexity for 33 years, this wasn't a minor friction point. It was a churn risk and a value delivery failure.
Approach:
This was really a value delivery problem. The Discover Panel routes users from confusion directly to outcome — including one-click quick actions that apply non-destructive edits instantly, in context, with no learning curve required. I led strategy and design for Quick Actions across two releases, facilitated cross-functional workshops that aligned 16+ stakeholders on Adobe's AI assistant framework, and authored a feedback component included in the broader Spectrum design system.
Outcome:
21 quick actions shipped across CC 2021 and CC 2022. $15.5M in revenue uplift. The Discover Panel framework expanded to Adobe Illustrator the same year — validating the cross-product systems architecture designed from the start.
