Most people call me Chai. Yes, like "chai-tea".

Although, that translates to tea-tea!

For 6+ years at Adobe, I led design on some of the most complex surfaces in Creative Cloud. I shipped work that drove $35M+ in measurable impact. What actually kept me at the table was the harder question underneath every project: how do you design an experience that changes what someone can do, not just what they see?

That question is pulling me toward new domains. I'm drawn to education, healthcare, children's development, and climate action - places where design operates at the scale of systems, not just screens, and where the consequences of getting it wrong outlast any product cycle.

I bring systems-level thinking, a deliberate approach to complexity, and enough conviction to push back when the framed design problem is wrong.

Outside of work: I’m a dancer, a hiker, a seamstress-in-progress, and someone who thinks nature is the best systems teacher there is.
